Embark on a rewarding journey with your new furry friend by enrolling in our comprehensive dog training program. We will cover basic obedience commands such as sit, drop, stay, look, leave and introduce recall. Opportunities for desensitisation and safe socialisation are also provided. Together, we'll establish an unbreakable bond with your puppy and teach you the best methods for introducing manners and basic obedience skills. My Puppy Program is suitable for dogs 8 weeks to 12 months of age.

Training Program Details:
Initial Consultation: $100/ 1 hour Begin your training journey with a thorough initial consultation. During this session, our experienced trainers will assess your dog's behavior and discuss your training goals. Together, we'll lay the groundwork for a personalized training plan tailored to your dog's needs. Initial consults are conducted in your home to set puppy up for success in a familiar environment and to ensure safety whilst completing their vaccination schedule. All training materials are sanitised with veterinary grade disinfectant prior to your trainer's arrival.
Program Sessions: $45/30 minutes OR $65/1 hour each (Minimum of 4)
Our program sessions are structured to provide hands-on training to effectively introduce conditioning and address behavior challenges before handing over to you, the owner. With a minimum commitment of four sessions, you'll witness remarkable improvements in your dog's behavior and obedience skills. These sessions may take place in your home or in increasingly more stimulating environments, depending on your dogs' attention, focus and skillset.
Discount Packages Available
Enhance your training experience and enjoy cost savings with our discount packages. Book five sessions upfront, and not only will you receive a reduced rate per session, but you'll also ensure continuity in your dog's training regimen, leading to consistent and lasting results.

Billing Schedule and Cancellation Policy
At DANE, we strive to maintain a transparent and fair billing schedule, along with a clear cancellation policy to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Billing Schedule:

Payment in Advance: Payment is required in advance at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy:

Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice incurs no extra charges. We understand emergencies happen, and we'll do our best to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible.

No-Shows: No-shows, including home consultations, are non-refundable. Please notify us as soon as possible if you're unable to attend your scheduled appointment to avoid being marked as a no-show.

Appointments can be cancelled due to poor weather conditions. We will give as much notice as possible where this applies. Appointments cancelled by the trainer can have payment transferred to rescheduled date or refunded.
Additional Charges:

Provision of Treats: We encourage pet owners to provide their treats for training sessions. However, if treats are provided by us, an extra $5 fee will be applicable to cover the cost.

Travel Surcharge: For appointments outside of the Tamworth city limits, a travel surcharge applies. Please contact us for specific rates, as charges may vary depending on the distance traveled.
