We understand the demands of your busy schedule, which is why we offer a convenient solution to ensure your dog receives the care and training they need while you work. Our specialized service allows pet parents to have their furry companions walked and trained by experienced professional dog trainers, providing peace of mind and progress in your absence.

Initial Obedience Consult and Behavioral Assessment: Kickstart your dog's training journey with an initial consultation and behavioural assessment. This session, conducted with the owner present, takes around an hour and costs $100. Together, we'll discuss your goals and assess your dog's behaviour to tailor a personalized training plan.

Walk and Train Sessions: Following the initial consultation, our walk and train sessions offer practical training while providing your dog with exercise and mental stimulation. Priced at $55 per 30 minute session, our experienced trainer collects your dog from the yard, practices basic obedience skills (sit, drop, stay, leave, etc.) during the walk, and returns them safely to the yard.

Billing Schedule and Cancellation Policy
At DANE, we strive to maintain a transparent and fair billing schedule, along with a clear cancellation policy to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Billing Schedule:

Payment in Advance: Payment is required in advance at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy:​

Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice incurs no extra charges. We understand emergencies happen, and we'll do our best to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible.

No-Shows: No-shows, including home consultations, are non-refundable. Please notify us as soon as possible if you're unable to attend your scheduled appointment to avoid being marked as a no-show.

Appointments can be cancelled due to poor weather conditions. We will give as much notice as possible where this applies. Appointments cancelled by the trainer can have payment transferred to rescheduled date or refunded.
Additional Charges:

Provision of Treats: We encourage pet owners to provide their treats for training sessions. However, if treats are provided by us, an extra $5 fee will be applicable to cover the cost.

Travel Surcharge: For appointments outside of the Tamworth city limits, a travel surcharge applies. Please contact us for specific rates, as charges may vary depending on the distance traveled.
