Brush Up on Manners: Tailored Training for You and Your Dog

Is it time for your furry friend to brush up on their manners? Our one-on-one training experience is tailored to the specific needs of you and your dog, focusing on essential commands such as sit, stay, recall, loose leash walking, heel and more. With our personalized approach, you'll discover that you truly can teach an old dog new tricks! Adult obedience training is suitable for dogs 12 months and over, of all skill levels.

Training Program Details:

Initial Consultation: $100/1 hour

Begin your training journey with a comprehensive initial consultation. During this session, we will conduct a behavioural assessment of your dog, determine the areas that need addressing and discuss your training goals. Together, we'll create a customized plan to address your specific concerns and improve your dog's manners. Initial consultations are typically conducted in your home to ensure your dog is set up for success in a familiar environment.

Subsequent Training Sessions: $55/30 minutes OR $75/1 hour each

Following the initial consultation, subsequent training sessions are available at $50 each. Our experienced trainer will work closely with your dog to establish conditioned responses to command. A handover process will then take place to ensure the dog is obedient to you as the owner. These sessions may take place in your home or in external environments depending on what is required to achieve your training goals.

Billing Schedule and Cancellation Policy

At DANE, we strive to maintain a transparent and fair billing schedule, along with a clear cancellation policy to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Billing Schedule:

Payment in Advance: Payment is required in advance at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy:

Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice incurs no extra charges. We understand emergencies happen, and we'll do our best to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible.
No-Shows: No-shows, including home consultations, are non-refundable. Please notify us as soon as possible if you're unable to attend your scheduled appointment to avoid being marked as a no-show.
Appointments can be cancelled due to poor weather conditions. We will give as much notice as possible where this applies. Appointments cancelled by the trainer can have payment transferred to rescheduled date or refunded.

Additional Charges:

Provision of Treats: We encourage pet owners to provide their treats for training sessions. However, if treats are provided by us, an extra $5 fee will be applicable to cover the cost.
Travel Surcharge: For appointments outside of the Tamworth city limits, a travel surcharge applies. Please contact us for specific rates, as charges may vary depending on the distance traveled.
