Billing Schedule and Cancellation Policy
 

At DANE, we strive to maintain a transparent and fair billing schedule, along with a clear cancellation policy to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
 

Billing Schedule:

• Payment in Advance: Payment is required in advance at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
   

Cancellation Policy:

• Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice incurs no extra charges. We understand emergencies happen, and we'll do our best to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible.

• No-Shows: No-shows, including home consultations, are non-refundable. Please notify us as soon as possible if you're unable to attend your scheduled appointment to avoid being marked as a no-show.

• Appointments can be cancelled due to poor weather conditions. We will give as much notice as possible where this applies. Appointments cancelled by the trainer can have payment transferred to rescheduled date or refunded.
   

Additional Charges:

• Provision of Treats: We encourage pet owners to provide their treats for training sessions. However, if treats are provided by us, an extra $5 fee will be applicable to cover the cost.

• Travel Surcharge: For appointments outside of the Tamworth city limits, a travel surcharge applies. Please contact us for specific rates, as charges may vary depending on the distance travelled.
