Just a notice about upcoming changes to payment/cancellation policy.
As it stands, payment is to be received by 5:30pm day prior to booking. As of the 1st of September payment will be required at time of booking. Similar to how the phone bill works 🙂 this change is to ensure bookings are attended and no one is left at a disadvantage for availability, and also so that cancellations and no-show fees aren’t dodged. My time is money sorry folks!
Where I have to cancel due to weather, illness or other unfortunate event, payments will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
I am working on an automated booking and reminder system, but technology is not my best friend, dogs are 😅
